In regard to this photo and the Capels Operation this picture was taken by the photographer looking eastward.  The tracks shown behind and east of the tipple are the delivery tracks.  Empties were dropped by gravity to the tipple.  Once loaded the loads were dropped by gravity further west into the outlet tracks which extended further west to the right and behind the photographer.  The outlet probably would hold at least 50 cars.  The loads in the middle and/or storage tracks could be set offs from eastbounds or other nearby operations.
