RD and other Pocahontas Towers

This is a difficult question.  I have no idea of the definition of a 
tower.  I have seen some only one floor.

Anyway, HQ Tower was at Graham, VA.  It was two story building and 
controlled signals and switches and had a telegraph call.  It was 3.3 
miles from Bluefield, WV.   In Bluefield Yard, WV there was a location 
known as West End Tower at 1.3 miles.  I have never seen a telegraph 
call for this point nor a photo of the building. I assume it had some 
control of trains arriving or leaving on the West End. This may date 
back to the time the signal was a flag or lantern.
