 Okay, I'll go with Marion. I forgot about the ex-Pennsy signals being the same.

  Both photos are from Marion Ohio, looking timetable west from AC Tower at the Sandusky District.  The first one is from the tower and the other is from the ground at the base of the tower.  
The Marion Yard is in the backround behind the trees in the center of the first picture.  The tank cars are on the transfer track with the Erie.
