King Book - November Update

I have been advised that there were three additional pre-publication sales
in the month of November; this brings the total pre-publication sales to
226 to date.

In the most recent issue of *The Arrow*, the listing for this book in *The
Commissary* shows the pre-publication price still at $49.95, with a retail
price of $64.95.

I have absolutely no idea what the member price will be once the book is
published; however, to be fair to those of us who have stepped up to the
plate and pre-ordered, I am certain the member price will be more than the
current pre-publication price.  So why not treat yourself to a holiday
present and save some money by ordering now and taking advantage of the
lowest price you can get.

Once again, thanks to all of you who have already pre-ordered this book and
allowed this project to move forward.
