VGN AG 902 Derailment

It would be nice to be able to put a date and location on these two 
recent additions to the archives showing a derailment involving VGN 
2-6-6-6 #902. I'm guessing this is a westbound due to the lack of coal 
on the ground from the derailed hoppers. Where was Big Hook B-19 based?
