water standpipe - Poage? Poage H?

Can someone shed some light on this standpipe?
It looks very much like a Page, but is missing the "bell" shape at the top.

I need to model this one, specifically...

I believe these two examples are either a Poage type H, or Poage (non-H).
The modeling world seems confused because there are an awful lot of images
on Google labeled both ways.
Here's N&W's drawing of a Poage. Maybe I need a Type H, which I couldn't
find in the Archive.

I would really like to have a drawing of one, if anyone can point me in the
right direction.
