Vestibules on passenger cars

Generally speaking, you had vestibules trailing to make it easier for the engineer to spot more cars (i.e. more vestibules) on the platform. Conductors would generally try and have passengers for short-haul in certain cars, long-haul in other cars, and with a Conductor and Trainman, you generally only wanted to open as few a vestibules as necessary, and you wanted all of them on the platform.
