We just missed an opportunity for this at the Prototype Rails RPM meeting in Cocoa Beach this past weekend. L&N and NKP were there.

I am on the exec team for this RPM group so I can definitely set up a table for us next year if desired.

What will be the process for obtaining the display and promotional materials for those of us who live rather remotely from Roanoke?

Carl,
As I recall, we usually had membership brochures, books and items from the commissary (like models).  Once we have a presence in a few shows we should get a better handle on what is in demand and send items accordingly.

The society is interested in increasing its presence at train shows and would like to know who out there would be willing to carry the flag?  Let us know what shows you attend and if you would be willing to man (or woman) a booth to get the word out on who we are and what we do.
