Bluefield hump

Jim,
I’m pretty sure this was taken from the north end of the US Route 52 bridge or the adjacent Bluefield State College parking lot looking eastward.  The building on the opposite side of the tracks with the car shed should be Bailey Lumber Company.  In today’s NS operations, this is where pushers stop after cutting off an eastbound to either get a relief crew or get instructions from the Dispatcher.
