This is rare footage of the very limited operation of Jawn Henry on the
Scioto Division at Columbus, Ohio on either October 6,7,8 or 9, 1954.
The 2300 only made four round trips between Portsmouth and Columbus. It
must have been pretty exciting as a photographer to catch this action.
More details on these runs can be found on pp. 828-832 in Rails
Remembered, Volume 4, by Louis Newton.

This footage is available in other, longer YouTube videos as well.

Someone sent me this link of footage of the Jawn Henry in operation.
Mostly flat land so I'm assuming Ohio or eastern Virginia.

What I found most interesting was someone paired it with "There's No
Stopping Us", a 1980 advertising song N&W had recorded. I'd never
heard of it before.
