caboose NW 518676 painting, c31p

Wow, The picture plainly shows the 518676In N&W blue. And as far as the windows are concerned that arrangement was greatly changed over the years. I don't know much but I do know to date I have currently been involved in returning three C31 cabs back to their original window configuration. The maintenance log doesn't say it was repainted and the other cabooses that i have looked at their  maintenance logs tell when they were painted. It was red in 1974 so were is the proof it was blue.
