<DIV align=left> It is announced that arrangements have been
made for placing postal clerks on the Virginian railroad beginning April
5th.</DIV>
<DIV align=left> It is no small matter to make arrangements
for handling mail over a new road as not only the points on the line but near-by
points have to be served with mail over the route.</DIV>
