<DIV align=center><STRONG>George Hill Succumbs to Frightful Burns Received in
Rock Tunnel Wreck</STRONG></DIV>

<DIV align=left> Conductor Geo. Hill, who was so badly burned
in the Virginian wreck at Rock Tunnel, mention of which was made in the Daily
Telegraph, died at 8 o'clock yesterday morning at Bigony hospital at Hinton,
where he was taken soon after the wreck. Capt. Hill's home was at Talcott,
W. Va.[<EM>About 11 miles east of Hinton</EM>]</DIV>
<DIV align=left> Fireman Pete Foster whose home is at Forest
Hill [<EM>About 14 miles southeast of Hinton</EM>] was also taken to Bigony
hospital. He is in a serious condition, but is doing quite well and hopes
are entertained for his recovery.</DIV>
