Rogers, builder of the Virginian railway, and party are in the city and were the guests of the city of Roanoke tonight at a $10-a-plate banquet at Hotel Roanoke. They will leave tomorrow morning for Princeton, W. Va., where they will spend tomorrow night. Mark Twain is not with the party.</DIV>
