The depot in the movie was actually the newer one. The one "downtown" is the older one; bypassed when C&O straightened the curve out thru Keswick in preparation for the stillborn "Chessie" passenger train.<br>

Last night I was watching the movie "GIANT" and in the opening scenes an<br>
N&W K1 is shown pulling a 3 car passenger train. What is puzzling is the<br>
loco is lettered for the C&O! Does anyone know why?<br>

Also, the scene shows a car with a Maryland license plate and the depot<br>
stop is "Ardmore". Google maps doesn't show an Ardmore Maryland. Can<br>
anyone identify where Ardmore on the C&O or N&W might be?<br>
<br>
Curious minds want to know!<br>
