More Than Double by Improvements to be Finished Within
Week</FONT></STRONG></DIV>

<DIV align=left><FONT face="Times New Roman"> The enlargement
of the Wilcoe yard on the Tug River branch of the Norfolk and Western, will be
completed in about a week, and the capacity of the yard is a good deal more than
doubled. Its old capacity was about 350 cars and when the improvement is
finished the yard will be capable of holding 1000 cars. The company is
working a force of 300 men and rushing the enterprise rapidly to
completion.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV align=left><FONT face="Times New Roman"> Greater car
capacity at the Wilcoe yard was rendered necessary on account of the increased
output of the United States Coal and Coke Company. To facilitate the
handling of the company's business, the railroad people had to make this
provision.</FONT></DIV>
