I would greatly appreciate it if someone would let me know a measurement
from locomotive 611.<br><br>
I am interested in the width of the gap in the steam ring at the base of
the whistle mouth (the slot through which steam enters the
whistle), which could be measured with a pin gauge or similar tool.

Perhaps a steam enthusiast or other volunteer would be willing to obtain
the measurement.<br><br>
