Libscomb & Company, contractors on the New River, Holston and Western

the Dr. Bogle farm by a notice of appeal from the decision of the circuit court
at Tazewell in the injunction matter. The court refused Dr. Bogle's
injunction, and the contractors proceeded to work on the quarter mile stretch

actions.</FONT></DIV>

grading, Mr. White says, is being rushed ahead. The entire distance of the
road from Narrows to Rocky Gap, in Bland county, is eight miles, and four miles
of this has already been completed. According to Mr. White if the building
is not interfered with by litigation, the line will be completed and in
operation by the first of the year.</FONT></DIV>
