Winter Storm Impacting Mid-Atlantic Operations<br>

the area that was hit with a winter storm over the weekend have been
restored. Power outages and downed trees are impacting local operations
along some branch lines, particularly in West Virginia and other hard hit
areas; local service in these areas is being restored as quickly as
conditions allow. <br>

that have given rise to this Force Majeure have ended.<br>
