Peter, Bill and to anyone else it may concern. Have you guys tried Accurail? Of course it might help if they have a model that fits the N&W prototype. I do know they are friendly towards model railroad clubs in custom painting certain schemes for the cars they produce. The quantity was fairly low at the time. I think we had to order at least 150. The items proved so popular we ordered several more batches and ended up ordering about 500.

I am not sure what they would want with modeling a specific prototype. Just a thought.

A.J. Gemperline

I can't use 300 either, but I would certainly be interested in several cars
- assuming they all have different numbers. If they are Intermountain,
would they be RTR or kits. I'd prefer the RTR and would take a couple
dozen.
Further to the comments concerning models, I have tried to get the N&WHS
interested in a run of Tichy USRA HO hoppers in Vgn; the people at
Intermountain were happy to do a run but the minimum was 300, too many for
me as an individual but I was prepared to finance the deal at the time and
be repaid from sales. The only response I received was one rather officious
e-mail.
