<DIV>I contacted Precision several times about their pending (now cancelled) N&W CF cabin cars. I understand a big part of their cancellation was lack of response from modelers. I find that very hard to believe! I was ready to order several of them but had some questions they wouldn't answer. I think they also gave potential buyers issues with their pay-in-advance system. I just can't buy something of unknown quality from a company sight unseen.</DIV>

<TD vAlign=top>Roger: I have contacted Walthers several times on behalf of the N&WHS regarding these pullman cars. At least you got a reply. The second time I proposed that the N&WHS purchase 600 pullman cars painted and lettered for N&W but got no response. I have given up on Walthers. <DIV>I just got an email from Walthers. I had been in contact with them concerning the approaching HO model of the RF&P PS 10-6 model. I asked if they could also do them as N&W S-2 sleepers (Sussex County, Buchanan County & McDowell County) and the 3 L&N cars in the same plan 4140 series.</DIV>

<DIV>I had planned to buy 4 or 5 and paint them myself for the N&W and a couple RF&P cars but would prefer to buy them RTR from Walthers. If anyone else would like these cars to be made available from them I would suggest you email, call or write and ask that they be made.
