<div>The Burlingame Splash and Dash will be Sunday June 12th. This
will be the only long course meet before Championships. It is a great
way to see how your times compare to the qualifying times for
Worlds.</div>

OPEN WATER SEASON<br>
DEL VALLE OPEN WATER SWIM date change<br>
The Lake Del Valle Open water swim date has changed from Saturday to
Sunday. The meet will be on Sunday June 19th - Fathers day. Lake Del
Valle is a great swimming lake above Livermore, about one hour from
San Francisco or San Jose.<br>

DONNER LAKE OPEN WATER SWIM</div>
<div>The Donner Lake 2.7 mile Open Water swim will be Saturday, August
6th<br>

XI FINA WORLD MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIPS EMAIL LIST<br>
The XI FINA Masters World Championships has an email list list to
inform people about the Championships taking place at Stanford
University in 2006.<br>

IGLA MEET IN JULY</div>
<div>International Gay and Lesbian Aquatics (IGLA) is hosting their
15th annual championship meet in Atlanta, Georgia this year. The IGLA
Championships consist of swimming, water polo, diving, and
synchronized swimming with athletes of all competitive levels,
including many first timers aged 18 to 80. Previous Championships have
included appearances by U.S. Olympic diver David Pichler, and U.S.
Olympic swimming gold medallist Bruce Hayes. The five-day event will
bring 1500+ participants. It will! be held July 20-25 at Georgia
Tech's Aquatics Complex and the Washington Park Natatorium. More

<div>Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen and her husband and coach Eric Neilsen will
be in the Northern California in July and August and are
available to a conduct a Freestyle Swim Technique clinic at your
facility during a scheduled masters practice. They teach a "wide
entry, early catch" freestyle technique that Karlyn has been
using since 2000 with tremendous success (still doing lifetime bests
at 43).<br>
