<div><font size="+1"><b>FIRST BEAR DONT HIBERNATE MEET</b> -<b> THIS
SUNDAY</b></font></div>
<div>The first Bear dont Hibernate Meet will be held Contra
Costa College Swimming Pool in San Pablo. There are 33 events to pick
and choose from. Pre-entry Deadline is 13 February.</div>

<div><font size="+1"><b>WALNUT CREEK INTENSIVE TRAINING
CAMP</b></font></div>
<div>The 22nd Walnut Creek Intensive Training Camp will be March
6,7,and 8 at Heather Farm's Clark Swim Center. Besides the great
'Creek coaches Brian Stack of the Manatees, Mike Collins and Jim
Miller, MD of Virginia Masters will help swimmers swim their best.
This event always sells out so register now if you want to
attend.</div>

<div><font size="+1"><b>RINCONADA MASTERS SPRING SHORT COURSE
MEET</b></font></div>
<div>The Rinconada Masters Spring Short Course meet will be held
Saturday March 14th at the Rinconada Pool in Palo Also. the first
event is the 1000 free, which you must pre enter. The preentery
deadline is 4 March 2009. The class of the events is the 1650
butterfly - entry free for this one. - one heat only.</div>

<div>The Jon Steiner Memorial Mile is Tam's 1650 Postal event. You can

<div>The 2009 US Masters Swimming Short Course Masters National
Championships will be held at the Clovis North High School Pool,
Clovis, CA. The online entry system will automatically close at 11:59
p.m. pacific time on April 9, 2009.</div>

How would you like to have workouts delivered directly to your e-mail

U.S. Masters Swimming has four coaches who post weekly workouts on our
Discussion Forums. As a U.S. Masters Swimming member, you can
subscribe to these workout threads and have them delivered to you by
e-mail.<br>
The 2009 online coaches are Mo Chambers, Nate McBride, Jacki Hirsty
and Patrick Cantrell</div>

member of the US Masters Swimming Board of Directors did not receive
it either. Ashley has done a great job in production of the colorful
