<div><font size="+1"><b>SHORT COURSE MEET
CHAMPIONSHIPS</b></font></div>
<div>The 2010 Pacific Masters Short Course Meters Championships will
be held at the Clark Swim Center at Heather Farms, Walnut Creek. The
psych sheets have been posted

<div>The first days results have also been posted.</div>

<div>You are reminded that the men and women swim together in the
distance events. Saturday afternoon will be a swimming social at the
Sports Basement from 3pm to 6pm. There will also be a 20%
discount on everything in the store.</div>

<div><font size="+1"><b>UCLA BRUIN MASTERS MEET</b></font></div>
<div>Saturday 24 October is the UCLA Bruin Masters Meet at UCLA in Los
Angeles. The meet will be at UCLA's new Spieker Aquatic Center - a
state of the are all-deep water 8 lane competition pool. On-line

<div><font size="+1"><b>DAM BRUTE SQUAD POSTAL</b></font></div>
<div>Davis Aquatic Masters is starting a new postal event - the DAM
Brute Squad Postal. This event is the 200 Fly, followed by the 400 IM
followed by the 1650 Free (or as Jim Clemmons said "It is 300
Fly, followed by the 100 back, then the 100 Breast, and the 1750
free).</div>

<div><font size="+1"><b>FRESNO SHORT COURSE YARDS
MEET</b></font></div>
<div>November 7th is the date for the Fresno Short Course Yards meet.
The meet starts at 1 PM so there is plenty of time to drive down
from the bay area. This was the venue of the 2009 US Masters
Swimming Short Course Yards National Championships. You can still use
your "fun" swim suits at this meet.</div>
