[Pbrt-announce] PBRT forums are back up

As many of you noticed, the PBRT forums were hacked a while ago by  
some miscreants; I've finally managed to clean up the mess and get  
them back up.  Unfortunately, all the database entries were lost, so  
you'll have to reregister.
