[Pbrt-discuss] comic rendering attempt

hello guys,
i bought a book called noir comic introducing a drawing technique that
uses only black and white. as the author says, black is the most
vibrant. here is a picture of the book:

i tried to render the same comic sytle via pbrt. here are some results i got:
