educational offerings.

Sessions for the GLBT Community

#1 Public Speaking for the Petrified! - 4
sessions
Learn an approach to public speaking that will get even
the petrified sounding like a pro! In four easy sessions,
you will be transformed from novice to sounding like
someone who has done this for years!

#2 Writers’ Workshop - 4 sessions
Would-be writers and never-thought-I-could-write writers
will meet to read small sections of their work and get
feedback and encouragement from others in the group.
There will be time for sharing, writing to improve skills,
and learning how to market your work. We will promote
a safe place where you will feel comfortable sharing and
growing in the craft of writing.

#3 Introduction to Bridge – 6 sessions

#4 Men’s Massage Clinic – (1 session For Men
Only)
Beginner’s massage class, in a safe, therapeutic
atmosphere*
Learn proper body mechanics, basic anatomy, basic
Swedish massage techniques, and proper draping
techniques
By the end of class, you’ll be able to give a simple full
body massage, focusing on the back, neck, legs, and
arms
*No sensual/erotic touch will be involved or allowed
to take place.



4. HIV TESTING AT PCNJ
The Pride Center of New Jersey, in conjunction with Robert Wood
Johnson, is pleased to announce that we will be offering HIV testing
services. Testing will be offered the second
Tuesday of every month between 7 and 9 PM at our location in Highland
Park. Testing is free and confidential, and results will be received
within 15-20 minutes. A free counseling session is also available for
anyone who tests positive. Both appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
