I'd really like to see some other mechanism for importing. Someone suggested copy and paste. That seems like it would cover most cases. Yes I did get this working. I took the first line out of the memo - the one with the key name in it. I'd be highly surprised if they did, but can't say with certainty. then again, don't virtually all providers give you at least two weeks to try it out? so if it didn't work, you could just return it. (with the $5/month - unlimited bandwidth option) The more expensive 'data' plan is not needed, at least in my area. That being said, I have had problems with connecting to some hosts, such as the APC UPS network management cards. It connects to most of my servers (Mac OS X / Server) wonderfully though.
