[Slowhand] John Mayall and Friends

Has anyone seen a listing anywhere for the John Mayall and Friends CD? The Mayall newsletter suggests that it should be coming out on November 3rd (probably in the UK), but I haven't seen anyone yet offering it for sale. Amazon says the DVD is
coming out on December 9th in the U.S. I think the DVD is coming out in Europe on November 17th.

Anyone with info, let me know.
