I just noticed that a Digest or two ago I accidentally sent a recipe for a
chocolate cake to the digest.
It was simply a case of quick fingers and not paying attention -- my
apologies to anyone who looked at it and said "huh--?"

As for EC content,  I'm sure he likes chocolate ...

And let me take this opportunity to remind everyone -- it's better to eat
cake than to eat crow --
(unless,  of course,  you're Marie Antoinette ...)
