[Slowhand] Is there a U.S. tour in early 2004?

Hi, I was wondering if Eric was planning on touring the U.S. after Japan in 
December and before Europe in the spring. I thought I read it somewhere, but 
havent heard anything about it yet. Also, is there a new album to support the 
tour? Thanks!
