[Slowhand] Crossroads Show offer

Thanks to all who have been sending discs my way - I have been out of town
and will re-offer everything back to the digest once I've settled in.
However, the first thing I did upon returning was to download the Crossroads
show (took about 30 minutes) and will offer three copies to those with
burners and two to those without, all in wav. format.
