[Slowhand] Newbie Questions for you Slowhanders

Hello all, still in my first week on this list so bare with me.  

In an attempt to spread the live tunes I have collected over the years I have a few questions.

1.  Do you encourage vine or BnP offers here or, like I have mostly seen, do you just encourage re-offering shows that you get to a few other list members?
2.  Is it wrong/discouraged to offer shows of artists other than EC or his related bands on this list?  

I do not want to dilute this pool of great EC music in this kind and sharing community, I just want to know if there is are any unwritten rules of what music to share or not and how to do it. I do not have a large EC collection but am willing to spread what I have of other artists and before I go offering a vine or other types of offers I thought I would ask you all first.
