Just an FYI - You are correct about this being the New Year's 2001 show.  I'm listening to
mine right now :)  

Song number 8 on the first disc is called 'If Paradise is Half as Nice'.  I love this song! 
After I first heard it, I had to investigate it.  I believe it is written by Rosetta Stone. 
Not sure how it made it's way into a Clapton show though.  Does anyone else know?
