Like the Who, Peter Gabriel uses themusic.com too and
released/ is to release his complete 03 US tour, his
complete 04 european round stage tour and his complete
04 european festival tour. These come in 2 cd sets per
show (25 dollars US) or limited collector road cases
for the above mentioned runs.

If you are a collector, and many of us are, maybe not
only for one artist, a ltd. edition (150) road case is
a must have. it ll easily set you back 800 dollars US
for 20 2 cd sets including postage. Add customs
charges if you are outside of the US and multiply by 3
if you want to afford all three cases available at
this time. Who can afford that? Maybe looking at it as
an investment is another story ;-)

Its a nightmare for a collector and a blessing for
only getting your home show if you can limit yourself
to that one only, but who can on this list.....

I expect many artists to follow this direction (like
in ccu-venues) to get a share of the pie and stop live
recording by the audience. The Gabriel discs are not
edited or remixed by the way. For more info feel free
