[Slowhand] Legal or not

Hi all,
I'm happy, that we can have this discussion. Juan Manuel wrote:
""My opinion is that we, EC fans, always will buy every CD or DVD
commercialized with EC music, even if we have a lot of music of his
concerts
in the boots that we share, so we don't reduce the profits in any way.""

I have no real knowledge of laws, but of course distributing recordings
made without a permission from the performer isn't legal. The material
performed during these concerts has copyrights and distributing this
material is against the laws of copright, well I think, anyway.
We are not making any profit from these vines and out trades, but we
are still doing things that aren't legal.
I have my bootleg collection and enjoy it very much, but I'm not ready
to pay thousands of euros for mostly sonicly quite bad music. So be
aware. I hope everything goes well.

Keep on growin'
Olli
