[Slowhand] Looking for Arizona shows...

Hey Everybody!

I'm a new member of the Slowhand digest. I'm looking for recordings of
Eric Clapton shows I've seen in the Phoenix area. I first "saw" EC
play with Cream at the Star (now Celebrity) Theatre in 1968 with my
honey (now my wife!) on a date I cannot remember (does anyone know or
know how I can find out?). This is a "theatre in the round" that uses
a revolving stage and no seat is more than 75' from the stage, so you'd
think it had to be great, right?

Well, the revolving stage apparently put a "buzz" in the PA system
Cream was using that night, so they decided not to rotate the stage. I
got a great view of Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker, but Eric was
completely hidden by his amps (dual Marshalls, IIRC). Bummer! I don't
think a copy of this show exists, but if someone out there has one, I'd
LOVE a copy. I'd be able to close my eyes and STILL not see Eric
play... hehehe.

I also saw EC recently at America West Arena and he did a smokin' set!
I can't remember the date to this one either (I have Bill's Heimers now
in my dotage) but I'm sure it was sometime this century. I don't
believe there's a recording of this show either, but if someone has a
recording (or even just the date), I'd appreciate it.

There are recordings in existence for 3 other shows I saw:

Compton Terrace - Phoenix, Arizona - July 21, 1985
Tempe, Arizona - July 18, 1974 (listed as "AZU Stadium" but that's not
the name of the facility)
America West Arena - Phoenix, Arizona - November 2, 1994

If someone would be so kind as to help me out with these, I'd be ever
in your debt. Thanks in advance!
