"The Melmark Incident" ... could be a bestseller, maybe even a blockbuster
movie, starring Jim "Almighty Bruce" Carrey, Mel Gibson, and Lauren Hutton
(with front-tooth gap artificially filled).

Opening Scene: A hot, humid, Virginia countryside evening - Jim Carrey takes
down the Geetarz web site, and closes his laptop (a laptop would be more
dramatic than a desktop computer), as David Sanborn plays some "Lethal
Weapon" anticipatory jazz-like toots in the background ...

Slow fade to West Coast: Late afternoon on the dunes, central California -
As Eric Clapton's "Edge Of Darkness" plays in the background, Mel Gibson
watches the waves hit the shore, as Geetarz goes offline, and remarks,
"Foiled again, I've only got half the artwork."

Fade to O'Hare International Airport: Chicago - Lauren Hutton, wearing a
dark heather gray skirtsuit and black stiletto pumps, steps into the airport
lobby, having just flown in from Washington. She checks her garter belt to
ensure that the Walther PPK is still in its holster on her thigh, "Yes,
there's one in the chamber," steps to the ticket counter, and requests a
copy of the latest setlist. Playing, in the background, of course, is the
previously unreleased "James Bond Theme," as recorded several years back by
Vic Flick and Eric Clapton. As she waits for the setlist, her imagination
wanders, back to her childhood ... it's early 1970, with Clapton playing
guitar behind Bonnie Bramlett singing "Groupie (Superstar)" ... "Your
guitar, it sounds so ..."

What possibilities!!!

I've also heard that Dave Hillman has agreed to make a cameo appearance.
