[Slowhand] 461 Reissue

Does anyone know if the new 2-disc "461" reissue with the five studio outakes and live disc are one and the same as the SACD hybrid coming out on the same date, Oct. 26?

Too bad the studio outakes have all been officialy released before. Was hoping to see "Smile" and others never released officially.

Will the Slowhand or Layla SACD issues have any additional tracks?
