Keys to the Highway on Riding With the King features a heavy lisp, which I attributed to ill-fitting dentures at the time. But he repeats the effect on his live 2001 shows, with the new implants in place.

  Kevin,

I think it's Eric's vocals peculiarity nowadays, nothing strictly
pertaining just the OMCOMR release. I'd rather hear it as a natural
characteristic of his singing than having it digitally "improved", and
would say this even for a studio recording.

  Cheers
  Gaetano
