[Slowhand] Philly Boot Question

I have an excellent audience Philly recording from the last tour. The sound is really good, but it is missing the second trac "Hoochie Coochie Man."
 
Can anyone help me identify the source of this?
 
Mark said that it is not his, and "Jersey Boy" has no HCM omission either - any thoughts (the audio quality is really good)?
