[Slowhand] Dick Heckstall-Smith

Have just read on the official Jack Bruce site that saxophonist Dick 
Heckstall-Smith lost his battle with cancer on 17 December in a London 
hospital.
Dick played with many jazz and blues performers including John Mayall, Jack 
Bruce, Jon Hiseman, Alexis Korner, Charlie Watts and many others.
Not too long ago played with Mayall and Clapton as part of Mayall's 70th 
Birthday party event in Liverpool.
