The above tracks were all introduced on the "Slowhand" album released in November 1977. However, there's a 4-CD bootleg "box set" from EC's return to touring in 1974 called "On White." The above four tracks, unwritten as of 1974, are not on the Mid-Valley release. Check it out at the following Geetarz URL: http://www.geetarz.org/reviews/clapton/on-white.htm.

With those four tracks alone, it'd be pretty difficult to run down the genesis of your vinyl album without more information.
