Hey brooz,

If you stay well clear of the government in Canberra, you won't see any of
those little creepy critters.

But getting back to the cane toads, there was a problem with beetles
infesting sugar cane early last century.  It was decided to bring the cane
toads in from Hawaii (I think) to feed on these beetles.  Well the beetles
just flew away when the cane toads approached and the cane toads stayed and
multiplied at an amazing rate.  As you can see quite a bit of thought went
into importing such an animal.  Well, as much thought as you can get between
one beer and the next.
