Saw the man at Nottingham Arena last night, absolutely awesome show, to the digester who is flying half way round the world for this, it is easily worth the 48hours on the plane enjoy your present!

The Dominoes set is truely great and the Back Home tunes included work really well live. A nicely blended set list following on from 2004`s. The band are on fire DB, DT & EC all played their parts each bringing something different. The band is really well balanced and very tight.

Doyle is doing an excellent job as a Bobby Whitlock impersonator with the vocals on the Dominoes numbers, his voice is superb.

Make sure you catch Robert Cray, his set is worth the ticket price alone.

For those of you grumbling about the ticket price (i`m in the free market economy camp on this one) EC tickets were actually dearer than Elton John who is playing Nottingham next month; EC £40-£55, Elton £35-£50 which I did find a little suprising.

Ignore all the rhetoric and moaning this tour is two blinding hours of entertainment with what must be the most talented guitar based band touring this year!
