[Slowhand] dimeadozen snags?

Have eventually secured a place within dimeadozen however having clicked 
an EC download > open or save > Windows media player may not be able to 
play this file? In other words no joy? Am using XP Pro with Aol ISP any 
clues ot tips welcome ta,
