Stephen, it's not a snag, just a file format issue. In order to 
distribute the music, most audio files on DAD are compressed using a 
lossless format such as FLAC or SHN. When you download your files, they 
will be in a format that Media Player does not recognize. You can either 
download a player that will play FLAC and SHN files or a a decoder to 
convert these compressed files to their native WAV format, which Media 
Player will recognize.........T
