Hi all
Thanks to the marvelous metro cubo, who taped, edited, and mastered this gem
and then seeded it to the DIME, we have the first SOUNDBOARD recording from
EC's 2006 European tour. Below are metro cubo's seed notes. It's not the
complete show but the sound is wonderful.
Usual deal. First two people from the Slow Digestives and the first two
people from the Clapper Boobs to respond with:
1. Name and address
2. Which list they're replying for and will re-offer to
3. A commitment to re-offer
Will have a copy in tomorrow's snail mail.
Regards,
Bryan

Nice little set by Eric Clapton, I believe his first date of the tour,
opening the 2006 Summer festival in Lucca. Italian
radio broadcasts many gigs from this festival every year, unfortunately in
its bad way. The nasty speaker talks after every
single song and this drives me crazy!
So I spent a remarcable amount of time to crossfade the music in order to
remove the comments. Now it sounds much better.
I just left one intervention by the speaker to give you an idea of how nasty
it was all over the show.
This is not the full set, unfortunately: some songs were not broadcasted
such as the opener "Pretending", the beginning of
"So Tired" and the last encore "Crossroads".
