[Slowhand] First EC album purchased - mine was "Journeyman"

"I'd always been a casual fan of Cream/D&D/EC, but not a rabid fan -
until I heard "Big Love" on a classic rock station."

 

 

It has been brought to my attention my slip on the name of the song
above.  Of course, it was "Bad Love" that I heard on the radio.  I'm a
fan of the HBO show "Big Love"; hence the mishap.

 

I would LOVE to hear "Bad Love" live.  This song did more than bring me
to Clapton; it was an inspiration and encouragement that helped get me
through a toxic relationship.

 

Waiting .... for October!

PS:  I failed to mention that my older brother had a "Best of Cream"
from around '69 or '70 that we listened to death.  And my best friend
had "LAOALS" that we played a lot.
