Even that doesn't stand entirely up. There are many variations, there's 14  
bar blues, there are 1-1V-11-V progressions...Minors and dimininshed chords  
thrown about...
 
But for the most part, yea...
 
I would catagorize Chuck Berry as Rock-Blues...Beach Boys not as blues at  
all...
Eric isn't always recognized as a blues player, but as more of a Rock and  
Roller...(I don't agree with that!)
 
I'll tell you a funny story. I was trying to get a young lady to come to  one 
of our shows. I told her we played blues...she said I don't like the blues  
at all...I asked her who were her favorite bands...She said the Rolling  Stones!
 
I didn't have the heart to tell her...
